so Charlotte is definitely joining the “Disney Princesses” line. She’s not the central character in the story she appears in, and it just happens that the Princess in the story is the first African American Disney Princess.

as much as i like charlotte, i think this is really fucked up. Really, there isnt any tiana dolls? wth

but… there totally are Tiana dolls… I’ve seen them. There’s one right under that Charlotte doll!  And Tiana’s an official Princess, anyway, and that doesn’t even look like Charlotte.  I mean, I know it IS, but it doesn’t look anything like her to me.
